The owners.PACT is a commitment from ultimate beneficial owners to help change the culture of yachting. It brings the most forward-thinking superyacht owners together to accelerate responsible ownership by promoting value-driven crew cultures.
Signatories of the owners.PACT agree to four areas of action:

Defined Values
Define clear values and reward the behaviours that are guided by them. Both onboard and ashore a yacht's leadership will nurture a positive, value-driven culture built upon the foundations of the owner's values.

Direct Communication
Provide crew and shore-based personnel with a direct 'in confidence' communication channel to the owner via The Superyacht Mentor.

Regular Reporting
Measure and report their yachts crew attrition rates on a regular basis and conduct 'no fear' exit interviews.

Commitment to Compassion
Encourage a high performance culture built upon compassion to self and others. Allowing hard things to be done in a human way.
